SONGWRITING FOR THE SOUL
These workshops are designed to give songwriters of any beginner to professional level an opportunity to tap into their gifts with intention of bringing love into their creative writing for the healing of themselves and their audience. You don't have to be a musician to attend, if you enjoy writing and are interested in trying something new this workshop is also for you!
During these workshops you will be guided through a series of short meditations that will ignite the flame of inspiration for your creative writing. The experience is very personal and there will be opportunities to share your personal experience with the group, though you do have the power of choice and can opt out from sharing your experience. The space created in these workshops is a safe space for vulnerability and you will be supported and nurtured with love through any releases you may have during the event.
All that is required for your attendance is an open mind and the willingness to heal, grow and heal. This is a workshop that involves lots of self-reflection, but you will only get out of the experience as much as you put into it.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Individual sessions are offered as well upon request. If you have an interest in individual sessions instead of group workshops, please feel free to reach out! All individual sessions are offered at the pace you are most comfortable. We can sit with each other for one individual session or create a 3 part session for your personal journey of healing and creative writing.
***You have the opportunity to pick up an instrument and learn how to play the song or poem that you write, in an individual session! This opportunity will only be offered when you sit-in for more than one session as we fit a lot into the time frame we have for each session!
3 AND 5 PART SERIES:
During the 3 and 5 part series of these individual sessions, we will delve deep into the subconscious and allow for the light within us to illuminate all which does not serve us. You will be given tools to tap into your infinite creative life force energies with gentleness and love to remove blockages from you that create writer's block, distract you from optimism and learn how to create trust in your word being loving to yourself and others, which allows for more creative flow. Your heart voice is worthy of being heard by you and others! Your heart is worthy of being felt, and you are safe to speak your truth when spoken from love, as love.

TRANSCENDENTAL MUSIC MEDITATIONS
The Transcendental Hearts Meditation workshop consists of a guided meditation experience which is channeled specifically for you at the time of the event. In a workshop setting, the guided meditation will take you on a visual journey into a celestial experience into your heart cave, connecting with the Spirit Keepers of Mother Earth, a hike up a mountain, activation of your Soul Star DNA and more through a visual story that will expand your Clair Senses, heighten your ability to access your Infinite Consciousness from a vibration of Infinite Love while elevating your awareness of the "Self" being Infinite Love.
We are not separate from vibrations of Infinite Love: we ARE Infinite Love. When we release the lower vibrational emotions we allow ourselves to return to the love in our hearts and experience any situation with clarity from a place of love.

Every meditation will have moments where the story is on pause and a sound bath experience will hold space for any integration, reflection and inner expansion to create a personalized inner experience of the journey. Though the meditation will be the same storyline for every person attending, your experience may be completely different from the person next to you.

SOUL STAR DNA MUSIC ACTIVATIONS
THESE ARE ONLY OFFERED AS INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:
During a soul star DNA music activation we will focus on anything that has been coming up in the Here and Now to be released, purged and manifested. To begin your session, you will receive an intuitive reading where channeled messages may be shared alongside any intuitive insights that may be of benefit to address during your session.
After the intuitive reading is complete, you will be guided through a meditative journey where you will develop your own tools and practices of energy and sound healing to elevate your own personal vibration with your own love, intuitive gifts and the power of your own voice! During these sessions you will have the opportunity to purge any physical, mental, emotional and spiritual blockages that no longer and have never served you with love. As we release blockages, it is essential that we call in what nourishes us on all levels of well-being. Together we will discover what nourishes you and develop strengthened techniques that assist you in manifesting your personal power to return to you with love and sovereignty.
During these sessions you may encounter the remembering of how to access your spiritual gifts. We are spiritual beings inhabiting a finite human experience, not human beings having finite spiritual experiences. Light codes from your Akashic Records, Grandmother Earth and any other Spirit Keepers may be unlocked in your infinite collection of memories and return to your conscious awareness.
The focus of these sessions is to give you an opportunity to cleanse and nourish yourself on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level while also receiving some mentorship on techniques you can take with you when you leave so that you can continue to nourish yourself.
These sessions may seem intense, though you trust that will only get what you choose to receive from them. It is with gratitude and a deep passion for being of service to others that I will share with you any techniques that you may take home and practice on your own. HEART TO HIGHER SELF
THESE ARE ONLY OFFERED AS INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS:
This meditation-based workshop is facilitated with the intention to activate the DNA Heart Template and open the heart to the healing energies that are coming down to earth to heal humankind at this time. Attendees (sitters) will be guided through a series of meditations, musical adventures and musical meditations accompanied by guitar, spoken words and sung tones. Our human bodies are currently in the process of healing from carbon particle to crystal wave light. In this workshop all will learn about the essential need to activate our DNA Heart Templates and how to embrace the flow of our heart energies more fluidly throughout waking life. An intention for this workshop is that through the music we will travel together through an experience of true unconditional love and experience a deeper understanding of how to self-nurture through any experience in life that may ever be encountered.
In this expansive meditation sitters will be guided through a nurturing visual experience in which the infinite love of they truly are will be their guide and the music will nurture them through the releases that may be experienced during the meditation while supporting the opening of the heart and activation of the DNA Heart Template. This activation and inner connection brings a heightened and expansive experiential understanding of who we truly are as Infinite Beings of Infinite Love and Infinite Light having a Finite human experience.
There will also be opportunity for sitters to create an open discussion that I will lead, whom all are welcome to participate and connect with the community on sharing their personal, inner experiences.

CREATING CONSCIOUS COMPASSIOn
WHERE PUBLIC SPEAKING MEETS SONGWRITING
"Creating Conscious Compassion" is an event which I have created to spread awareness of substance addiction, mental health as well as what to observe within oneself and others that are indicators of substance addiction. The focus of these events are to bring awareness of holistic practices promoting self-introspection, self-love and self-nurture to develop a more elevated presence within the moment of Here and Now with love and compassion towards oneself and others.
The public speaking section begins with sharing information including a summary of personal experiences throughout the years I spent during active addiction as well as the story of how I got clean and what has brought me to this very moment with passion to share the stories. While sharing the stories I've experienced I will segway into a few original compositions which are deep inspirations for healing, self-nourishment and self-compassion in hopes that they spark a higher perspective within attendees to recognize that they are worthy of love, because they are love.
Following the public speaking/performance segment of the workshop, everyone who attends will be guided through a series of short self-introspective meditations which fuel the fire of inspiration for the songwriting segment of the workshop. Following the mini guided meditations, everyone will split into small groups with up to eight people. Each group will co-create a song with their assigned topic.
Following the group songwriting segment, all groups will take turns performing their new songs for the others.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
These events are offered at middle schools, high schools, universities and any other space that aligns with a likeminded interest or importance for the topics of substance addiction and mental health.
CEREMONIAL PLANT EXPERIENCES
Cacao:
Cacao ceremonies are a heart-based experience which allow you as the participant to illuminate any blockages within your internal and external realms of wellness. These energetic blockages are caused by any form of trauma or other challenges we may have experienced previously or are currently facing in our lives. During these ceremonies, you will be guided through an expansive cacao ceremony which will begin with an opening prayer honoring the elements of Grandmother Earth. You will have the opportunity to have your own personal experience in ceremony, these ceremonies are facilitated for anyone who has been to a cacao ceremony and is a first-time attendee. After moments of silence Andasha will play light encoded music for amplification of your illuminated inner experience. You will be welcome to lay down or sit depending on your individual preference.
During these musical medicine and cacao journeys, your personal experience will be very specific to you: your needs, wants and how deep you choose to look into your personal healing will be honored and supported. No two experiences will be alike, and you will only learn as much as you are open to learning.
WHERE ARE THE CACAO BEANS SOURCED??
I purchase the cacao beans directly from a loving people in South America, at this time the beans I have are from Ecuador. They grow the beans with intention, singing and praying to the plant medicines sending Mother Cacao love and gratitude. I make the paste myself, hand-cracking every bean with loving intention for the highest vibration of love we can possibly bring through the preparation process, through song and prayer of love and gratitude both during the preparation process and during the plant and musical medicine journeying. It is my purest intention and responsibility to share in this ceremonial tradition with love in honor of our elders, the plant spirit of Cacao and all who have worked with this sacred medicine before us.
