Women's Circle

Women have been taught to judge ourselves very harshly, leaving ourselves wounded by our very own thoughts, feelings and more. "If we don't have this" or "if we don't do that" we will not fulfill the cookie cutter version of women society expects us to be. 

To come together in a safe space where we can feel free to be our most authentic selves, learn how to let go of self-judgements so that we can learn how to more authentically lift each other up is so essential in this human experience. There are enough things and people telling us how to dress, how to act, what to think, where to be and how to live that most likely don't resonate with many of our hearts! Together we can create a strong commUNITY of women who truly mean it when we say "come as you are" because we choose to let go of the layers of self-doubt, self-resentment, lack of self-worth and more.

~Giggles, snacks and sacred sisterhood bonding! (feel free to bring a snack to share, NOT EXPECTED but will certainly be received with gratitude)
