Seeking Solace Through Gratitude

December 17, 2021 Hey there family, Andasha here with some more updates on lessons that I've been learning. As I've shared before, these blog posts are simply of me rambling on to share with you my personal experiences in life, in hopes that the lessons I'm learning are able to help you as well! If I can help at least one person out there know that they are not alone, then dang. It's a good day! So over this past week, I've been going through some crazy shifts in my relationship with my fiance, healing from significant amounts of PTSD due to an important anniversary that has just passed (which for the healing I am so grateful for), and have been struggling with remaining present in my heart each moment of the day knowing that my grandma, who is my best friend here on earth, is in hospice preparing to transition to her next life. If you're interested, I took a video of myself performing two of my songs about grief and love and posted them to my YouTube channel; check out via this link: Ashes & Golden Love, Live - Original Songs - YouTube Now sometimes it can be so much simpler to only see the pain or trauma. At times throughout the past week, I've felt quite overwhelmed, I can openly share. Though, the silver lining is always there: and it's called GRATITUDE. It's so much easier to shift your awareness back to the present moment by simply taking a deep breath in which you 1. hear with your auditory sense 2. feel moving up your nose, down your throat, into your heart then all the way into your belly, then feet if you feel the grounding energy is needed 3. breathe out and allow it to blow all the cloudy, dark looking toxins that are blocking you from being able to be present in the here and now, then 4. place your hands on your heart and begin stating all of the things you are grateful for. I quite enjoy sending gratitude to people, places, things, myself included as I am open to share the love I also have to offer. So, lesson learned: Live every day in a deeper state gratitude than the day before. The state of bliss you can create within your heart is so loving and pure. Thank you all, for taking your time to read this! May you all have a wonderful weekend preparing for the holidays or whatever it is you do! Remember to come back inside to your heart and give yourself and others some gratitude! YOU ARE LOVED. Namaste, family.
