This is a 8-part series of individual sessions on how to build a bridge between your body, heart, mind and spirit. Throughout this course you will be provided with tools to listen to and trust in your body, heart, mind and Higher Self.You will also be provided with tools to unlock your intuitive gifts (“6th senses”) and open doors for deep healing. This will allow you to embody your highest potential with honesty, authenticity and unconditional love.

 

What to expect: 

~ Tea Ceremony associated with each chakra (If we meet in person)

~ Practice Listening to your body & the natural elements & more (earth, air, fire, water, stars, etc): developing understanding of how different frequencies feel, sound or look like & how they communicate with you!
~ Expand or begin energy self-healing practices

~ Creating & Tending to your strong, healthy boundaries

~ Strengthen Clair Senses (the spiritual “6th senses” that all of us have) + how to give & receive intuitive readings for yourself & others

~ Guided Meditations on self-healing, development of Clair’s & more 

~ Self-Reflective Journaling
