Series of three guided music and light-encoded meditations to release all forms of grief that have been blocking the heart, to open the heart with love and to elevate your awakened awareness into purely loving and higher dimensions of your "Self."

About the event
The Transcendental Hearts Meditation workshop consists of three or four guided meditations which are channeled specifically for you at the time of the event, energy healing facilitated by Matthew and a musical experience that which will hold space for your integration of the healing experiences.
Each of the meditations will lead into a light-encoded original composition of Amanda's which will act as a friend to support you on your inner journey into your heart to integrate the healing from the meditations and energy healings.
You will receive a short break to integrate the healing, drink some water and stretch between each meditation. You will also have the opportunity to discuss what you experienced with the group if you feel called to share.
For attendance please bring:
~a blanket, yoga mat or anything else you may prefer to lay on if you do not wish to lay directly on the Earth.
~a water bottle
