Transformative Music Retreat: Creating Conscious Compassion

Thank you for your interest in this whole-istic healing retreat!

Together we will create a sacred space to develop an elevated conscious understanding of who we are as the Infinite Love in our hearts beyond ego and duality, open our hearts and strengthen our awareness of how to listen to our hearts and Higher Self. Music is a very powerful tool that can assist us in raising our personal frequency and vibration and elevate our awareness into higher states of our own consciousness. Throughout this event we will flow through three workshops that will provide you with many various tools for self-reflection, mindfulness, self-nurture and self-love through guided meditations, movement and utilizing our Creative Life Force Energy.

"Music Meets Consciousness" is the first workshop, where a series of short guided meditations for self-introspection and self-empowerment will be the inspiration that sparks the flame of creativity for co-creating a song as a group. We will create the music with only the instrumentation of our bodies and voices.

Following "Music Meets Consciousness" we will have lunch where we can build community and connect with each other in a celebration of life and love.

The second workshop called "Heart To Higher Self" will be a series of three guided meditations that each lead into an original composition that will be light encoded to guide an internal journey of opening the heart, activating the DNA Heart Template and bringing your Higher Self down into your heart and human body even more fully.

After our last short break, you will have the opportunity to build a deeper internal understanding of what it feels like to be inside of your body and heart versus outside of your body and heart. The last workshop we will journey through together will be one where you learn to allow the love within your heart that flows through you AS you to guide your dance and movement to live music performed by Andasha.

This event is open to anyone with and without any prior musical experience. The only pre-requisite is a desire to heal and connect with the Infinite Love within your heart.
